Service on the phone with Adel was very pleasant despite the circumstance. Unfortunately Used DPD as courier
(Notorious in and around London for reckless driving/ stealing and or tampering with parcels/ driving and under the influence of drugs etc)
Still am yet to receive parcel and haven’t received in time for the wedding it was needed for.
DPD emailed saying they ‘missed me and parcel would be dropped at local pickup point- await code’
Code was never received and after chasing up they updated the page to say this has been sent back to sender. Absolutely awful.
Asked for reason why- none given.
Still haven’t received any reason for this and the false updates have left me without my purchase.
I now have to wait for the parcel to get back to Adel to be sent back out. No discount offered yet re delivery. Very unhappy
Customer. Shame considering the Adel personnel I’ve spoken with were very polite and professional.
The parcel will need checking before sending back out. Would recommend you use a courier with less notoriety in this part
