Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Paid for next day delivery to receive the products 4 days later. Very disappointing on a small order. The cost of delivery was almost half of the cost of the products. To then not receive the order until 4 days later in unacceptable. I contacted customer services and they said they will do nothing about it.
I do feel a courtesy small discount on my next order would have been a piece offering.

A first class experience
A first class experience. My clipper and guides arrived very quickly.
I had a problem with one of the guides being broken so I emailed the company with a photograph of the broken guide and within a couple of days a new one had arrived. You can always tell the quality of a company when you have a problem and it is dealt with very quickly.
I will happily recommend this company and I will happily purchase from them again
