Bad Management
We had catering for a birthday party, gave about 3 days notice for 1pm pick up. Turned up and had to with 30 mins as the tandoor needed to be heated up
Paid on debt card which apparently didn't go through the 1st time but 2nd time went through.
I noticed on the statement that 2 amounts were taken. Went to the restaurant and was told only the manager can carry out the refund. I spent all day and late evening phoning the restaurant for a refund. Finally managed to get it at 9:30pm.
Also, the gulab jamun were solid inside but refused to give a refund.
Go to the restaurant and see the tables have not been cleaned, the bar glasses are still dirty.
Really bad experience as I have been going there on a regular basis. *****Bad management****

Worst North Indian food I have ever…
Worst North Indian food I have ever eaten. They had Paneer 65 on the menu which states it is battered, but he send some Paneer curry, when called and asked to send the proper order his replies were.
1. It does not work like that, we have taken that orderfrom the menu, so we can't send that to ypu.
When I said it was still there in the justeat menu his reply after checking and confirming I was right 2. We told th to remove it and they didn't. And in a condescending manner he said 3. We don't do South Indian food only North Indian food. Justeat is reassessing him and hopefully he wont behave like this with any other customer.

On my son's birthday, we visited this restaurant for the second time. We ordered chicken lollipops, it tasted amazing. He really loves food. Thank you for making my son's birthday wonderful.
