Grossly incompetent, over the years have forgotten to claim my VAT refunds, costing us thousands, and have failed to keep basic accurate accounting records. Have changed accountants and am not only paying substantially less but have more value. AVOID!

After a complex problem arose, including interaction with an uncommunicative pension organisation, Catholic Herald was attended to by specialist customer support at Addition Finance. This was a long and involved corrective process that was undertaken with care and precision and fully resolved by Addition. In today's corporate landscape personal and human attention is on the decrease – that wasn't the case with Addition Finance.

Have been with Addition for a few years now and they're great! Quick and accurate books and accounts always done well in advance of deadlines. Saves me hours of stress and time.

They're also super helpful and prompt responding to any support needed outside of day-to-day books e.g. When I needed to take more money out of the business for a mortgage application, they helped me get what I needed for the application whilst making it as tax-efficient as possible.

We've worked with the Addition team for the past year now, and have found they are great for a growing / start-up business, and can be flexible to your needs. They also came recommended from other FMCG brands which is always a good sign.
They're very tech/integration focused, which makes everything run smoothly, and are very responsive. We've also made use of their CFO package, with reports that are incredibly thorough! Nice team to work with as well

We've been using Addition for the last year or two and they are great accountants for our start-up. Their customer service is prompt and accurate, and they're able to assist across the board - payments, payroll, bookkeeping, HMRC, tax credits, etc. With accounts there are always a few issues but these are always quickly resolved and sorted.

Not being an expert, they manage to make me feel a part of the financial team but feel relaxed because things are getting done and I don't have to worry at all. I have companies in Latam and the USA, and I never felt like this with my accountant/finance.
