Honest advice from Mr Khan of Addison Khan solicitors. I came to him years ago and he told me there was no merit in my case. I didn't listen and went to another solicitor who charged me and said that there was merit but unfortunately my case got refused. I can back to me Khan today because he was truthful with me before. Absolute horrible experience with this firm!!! I cannot express how frustrating dealing with a guy named Saad was. Unprofessional behaviour, screaming and saying things like “i will explain but i know you will not understand”. They also use long phrases to try and avoid to answer the questions. This “advisor” that I was talking kept saying that there is no way that anyone would take me in consideration because there is no recording for any of the conversations and refused to transfer me to a manager. Above all every time I am trying to leave a review on their page unless it’s a positive one. Absolute joke and no empathy from the people that work in this place.
