The people we dealt with at the company were very friendly and helpful. They were very responsive and we had a good experience on that front. But the car itself was super basic and not in the greatest shape. It seemed to be older with high miles. One of the interior panels had a big hole in it where you could see inside the cavity of the car. And the check engine light was on throughout our trip. I would give the car 2.5 stars.

We rented a van car for three days for a family of 6 people with kids. It was very handy to start the rent, the company led you through all steps via sms/whatsapp, or, if necessary, phone calls. All was in time and on purpose.
Same is with the drop off. No stress at all. Thanks to Dusan

I normally rent many cars in Europe from different car rental companies but this time I enjoyed renting from you and I look forward to do it again
You guys were very impressive in replying back professionally and swiftly in all informations needed during my journey crossing different borders . Especially living in the US things are a little bit different. I was informed and given the correct advice through out the entire duration of renting as to say never left alone so to speak
Also the pickup time and more importantly the return which was very early morning that I was not delayed for my early fight you were on time without any delays or anything else
The car was new and impressively clean that prior to the return I felt to have it car washed -a small favour in return of how i was treated

The car was perfect and everything went smoothly with checkin and the checkout of the car. To mention thecontact person Dusan who was excellent in every aspect. Corresponded promptly in our calls and explained every question about the terms of the agreement when we met with him at the airport. The only two things I wasn't so happy was the fuel same to same and not full to full and the cleaning of the car. I have rented hundreds of cars all over the world and first time a company asked to be the car clean. To be honest although I hadn't clean it they haven't asked me extra money. I think in case they continue in this policy better include the cleaning of the car in the payment and that it not be applied to the customer.

From pick up to return, everything went smooth. Car was clean and in very good conditions. staff was friendly with good english. Everything was explained well.

The vehicle was delivered and handed over at Vienna airport, without the need to go to car rental offices. The drop off process was similar, with the AddCar's agent collecting the vehicle from the curbside at Departures. Customer Services were on hand to answer a technical question by WhatsApp during the rental. The rental was easy and went smoothly.

The service from addcar was excellent,on time, everything was smooth. Communication with their representative through WhatsApp was very convenient. Car was in good shape, clean and ready with gas. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly and I corresponded with the contact person Dusan for every question. He was very nice, tolerant, caring, and professionally explained the terms of the agreement when we met with him at the airport. The only thing I wasn't so happy about was the cleaning of the car. Although each company has its own rules, in order for the customer to be satisfied, I would recommend including the cleaning of the car in the payment and that it not be applied to the customer. Another thing is that full insurance on the car is very, very expensive and with all the desire, not everyone can afford to pay such an expensive amount.

All went extremely smoothly, from handover to return.
