I ordered a personalised mini lorry as a gift for someone for Christmas, I received an email to tell me the order had gone through, and have heard nothing since. I ordered the product 2 weeks ago, and the only emails I have received since is for feedback!!

I can confirm we have your order, these emails can often end up in spam/ and it has now been dispatched on our return to the office.
Unfortunately as stated on the home page of our website the last orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery was on the 16th of December, however, you placed your order on the 18th and missed the cut-off. if you have an questions about the matter please get in touch.
