Thank you for contacting us. I can see that you purchased the Satzuma Colour Infinity Pad. It is advertised as a colour infinity pad (as opposed to the black and white version) and allows you to write notes in colour but you cannot pick your colour. The colours seem to range from a yellowy orange to a greeny blue but there are no red colours. This is the basis of this particular product. We are very sorry you didn't like it and have therefore refunded your payment back to you.

I found a specific item that I could only find in a few other places. They all wanted to charge postage but Addabow delivered in two days with no postage charge. The item is perfect, packaged well and with a note from Addabow inside.
