Edit: I received the full refund within one business day after they sent their refund email. Which is the reason why I updated to two stars.
However, it is unfortunate that one needs to complain to actually get the refund. If they can refund within one day after writing a bad review here, they certainly could do it within the last two weeks.
Overall, the AI itself has good potential and could be of high ROI for businesses that use it enough to justify the cost. However, I hope the organization itself works on sending clear reminder stating what amount will be charged on the card after free trial instead of simply charging the highest tier possible. It is predatory.

I tried to cancel during the free trial, but the process is clearly designed to confuse users and to ensure it is impossible to fully cancel from your side. It should also be noted that even when you cancel your subscription, you still cannot remove your payment details from their site.
I cancelled and fully believed that my subscription was closed by 10 April, just to be charged on 15th April. After long back and forth, customer support representative named Elena acknowledged the issue and approved a full refund, promising it within two weeks. That deadline has passed, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no update, no reply.
To make matters worse, they even suggested that leaving a positive review here might give my case “more visibility.” I did immediately call it out and they said it was mistaken. Even if not directed to me, why is that message automated in the first place? I do hope Trustpilot takes a good review on the matter as most people highly rely on the authenticity of user experience reviews on this site. Also because it is highly unprofessional in the first place.
So definitely use them if you enjoy unauthorized charges, no transparency, and questionable practices. Be very careful before giving them your payment information. Be warned and avoid late regrets as the refund process with them is a hell of its own.

Charged 339$ without me selecting the yearly subscription and same day i asked for refund they said its approved and will be refunded in 2 weeks but even after a month i still didn’t receive my refund, i switched to monthly subscription but now i cancelled that also. The support guys keep saying is approved and we are monitoring but i never experienced a refund taking this long.

The company charged me £230 even though I only signed up and cancelled during the trial period.
Reading the review, it seems like they work off of the model of charging people a large amount straight during the trial period.
The worst part is they have literally disappeared. Their website's contact portal is constantly stuck as "someone will be with you in a few minutes" for hours.
Avoid at all cost.

what a terrible company. These people charged my creditcard for several month while i had canceled my subscription. They claim I did not do that, but I have proof i canceled my subscription. I asked for a refund, which I got, but after almost 2 months I still have no refund. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!. Please do not get a subscription from these scammers.

My trail subscription has ended. I was given not given sufficient time to cancel my subscription in time. I was unaware that the charge of 339USD will be made on my account.
I tried reaching out for a refund request. But has not received any help from their side.
I have not used my account since the payment was deducted.

Jacob from their team has provided me with sales options such as a 50% refund and further options to extend my subscription. However, after informing him I would not like to continue. He has approved my refund request and informed me the billing team will come back to me within two weeks for the refund.
I will keep you posted on my experience and progress with the refund.

I am fully satisfied with the customer service. I received my refund in full after they have processed the refund to me.

Very disappointing experience with AdCreative.ai.
Money was charged during my free trial period, even though I expected not to be billed yet. I immediately tried to request a refund, but the process has now been dragging on for 4 weeks without a clear resolution.
Communication has been slow and frustrating, and I still don’t have my money back. For a company offering a trial period, this feels very misleading and untrustworthy.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

It's a shame because the software has lots of potential but wasn't able to create what I needed with my specific product.
After being charged, i contacted them for a refund which was agreed to ''Just to keep things transparent: under our Terms, refunds aren’t guaranteed for online subscriptions and are considered as a goodwill gesture within 7 days of the purchase date.
That said, I’ve approved a full refund.
At the moment, our finance team is handling a significantly high volume of refund transactions.
Because of this, the current timeline for refund completion is around 2 weeks''.
Its been 6 weeks and still no refund.
