The item I was looking for didn’t appear to be available so I contacted them and got a reply first thing when they opened telling me how to find it on the website and even included a link in the reply to help me, great response and very helpful! Seems to be the major company for this type of equipment and therefore has a huge range on their website to look at. Delivery was very quick too, with just 2-3 days so overall very happy customer

The second attempt at Parcelforce delivery today resulted in the package being returned to the depot in Edinburgh, 60 miles away, even though I was at home all day. There was little or no effort to find out if I was at home. This delivery is urgent because I am moving house in a few days time.
