It was a great experience with Adam vacation company. I placed the order for a ticket and the representative Robert was professional, polite, he explained everything during the process.
Highly recommend to anyone for a very important reasons: good service, good price.

SCAM - I booked through this company 2/1/2026 and cancelled same day after receiving sketchy phone calls from this business about issues booking portions of my flight that could only be resolved if I upgrade portions of the flight. I immediately asked them to cancel my booking when they had this issue and they confirmed my cancellation via phone only. They charged me on 2/3/2026 and after many phone calls confirming it was cancelled and that they were issuing a full refund, but they never did. It is 6/4/2026, and as of the date of this review, there was no refund and no tickets issued.

The price was good for the tickets, and they did secure the tickets within the promised 24 hours. I did not feel comfortable with being called very soon after purchasing the tickets through Adam’s vacation. Trying to upsell me different tickets. Also being pressured into leaving a review like a hostage situation, was a little much. Overall the service was provided and it was just a slight hassle. Shout out to Alex.

Akanksha Y was an amazing service rep. She helped me with all of my questions and explained thoroughly and clearly the procedures I would need to follow to board my flights. She was very polite and efficient. She is a wonderful delightful young lady.
