Stick to .com website

I've been a customer of Adagio for nearly a decade, ever since diggnation had a partnership with them (iykyk).

Last christmas I decided to finally try the UK website hoping for shorter delivery time since I live in Norway... and let me tell you.

I ordered october 29th for over £200. They 'shipped' same day without tracking. Late december after contacting a difficult to reach customer service, I was told to be patient. January 10th I contacted them again, I was told they would ship a new order. I seriously doubt the last order was ever shipped.

Update: Turns out the second shipment was unable to be fulfilled because some items were no longer in stock. I cancelled january 15th and will purchase directly from the .com website where they have logistics figured out. I swear to god they would be quicker if they dropshipped from .com website. Stepas from CS is the only reason this isn't getting a 1 star review.
