I been waiting for 4 month now I got email I didn’t reply and not to get refund please don’t buy this and this is scam worst ever I was angry and robbery money

Worst company ever to deal with. Put an order in and paid for it. Still waiting, received email saying its being processed, email back and said where from the bloody moon. Told them wanted a refund 10-15 days business and then would be few weeks for your bank to process. Still waiting learnt my lesson the hard way

I ordered September and they lie to me day after day,that will send me the order,but still nothing. And I don't expect nothing,but how can we stopit?

Ordered in good faith, after seeing a facebook ad, the comments were all good, so I thought it would be okay. My order was never dispatched, I emailed to ask what was happening and they said they take 10 to 20 working days to dispatch, I waited and waited then asked to cancel my order and get refunded. I was told that the refund would take 14 to 21 working days. Still waiting. They are no longer replying to emails. When I check my order it is still showing as pending.
Do not deal with this company!

Absolute scam this, can't believe I bloody bought from this place, ordered a birthday present didn't ever come and now I asked for a refund on the 21st Dec and still haven't had anything, absolutely disgusted, probably won't get my money back, something needs to be done about this website, they are robbing people from their money! 😠 Lesson learnt

Total SCAM. I ordered in Oct, didn't receive anything. Sent email, they said I would receive refund but I never received it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPY WEBSITE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

Scam if I could give minus stars I would, like everyone else never received my order and have sent multiple emails to them, the last email i sent i told them i would report them to the BBC they replied by saying they will issue me a refund of course i haven't received one. I think we should all report them as it's disgusting ripping people off and shouldn't get away with it. I fell for it as it came up on Facebook i should of know with the prices been so cheap

Like others here, I have been totally scammed by this company. Ordered on the 3rd November and now nearly 2 months later nothing. I emailed them and did get a response saying they would look into it, but nothing came of it. I have just emailed again and demanded a refund although I don't hold out much hope, I shall take it further though... this won't be the end of it.

I ordered on 30th Nov for gifts for Christmas & still it's not been shipped, I was told take up to 10days.
I've emailed them few times with no reply.

Ordered on 11 November 2022 still have not received anything as of December 20, 2022 please do not order from the site you will get a run around. And I was buying stuff for my family for Christmas so it’s very disappointing that they can do that to their customers I believe they work great customers in returning customers

Terrible delivery time. Placed and order in November still have not received anything on 22 December. I have sent many inquiries I’ve gotten response, but never with a specific time of delivery or for that matter a tracking number. I am totally dissatisfied with this company and will also be asking for a refund

I ordered 2 items on the 17th December 22 and a mth after my order was meant to b here still nothing. I've been playing ping pong emails with this so called company but never able to get the answer I want. have asked for a refund but we shall c. please do not order from this company as u will never receive any items

2 months and it's still awaiting shipment...This is a really fake website and you shouldn't be trusting unknown or not famous websites. Shop elsewhere like AliExpress or Shein that's at least trustable sites and they will deliver to you whatever you order there. I should have read reviews before purchasing anything from them... Lesson learnt to don't trust any cheap items advertisements.

If I could give this company a minus star I would. I placed an order with them on 12 October and am still waiting for my goods. Logging I to my account it shows that my order is awaiting dispatch. Despite sending Emails they have blatantly ignored them. I've accepted that I have lost my money to these mongrals as I've told them to cancel the order and refund my money but, hey ho. I'm still awaiting a reply. Please, please please do not deal with this company

We buy in good faith andh get this treatment
Please don't get fooled by the advertisments.
Shop locally and get what you pay for.

I ordered back in June and sent umpteen emails demanding a refund and still nothing. Luckily it was only a small order. But it’s a lesson learnt.
