Location: Bastia Airport, Corsica, France
Dates: 05/09/23 - 19/09/23
We were given a Mini Countryman Cooper and unfortunately scratched the near side front wheel when trying to avoid an oncoming car which was partially on our side of the road. Photos of the damage were taken by an ada employee. We have requested these photos by email to no avail. We need them to complete our insurance claim. Repeated attempts to obtain these photos have proved fruitless. Why can you not comply with my request?

Poor service
2 stars out of 5 because of price and the quality of the car which was good. On the other hand ADA changed the pickup/drop off location last minute which added expense, time and a lot of stress to my journey. For this I had no explanation or apology and after demanding some kind of compensation I was given vouchers that can only be used at the Bordeaux airport branch, so effectively useless. In addition I had 50 euros added for cleaning which I feel was grossly exaggerated because the dirt consisted of standard dirt you would find on the floor of a car after 2 weeks standard use and could easily be removed with a few minutes vacuum cleaning. Which I would consider standard practise between rentals anyway.

Good, clean car; maintenance alert after first day
Picking up the car was a bit of a challenge since the pick up location was a hotel lobby counter without any indication of the being a car rental place.
After the first day, the car's maintenance display indicated low motor oil level, so I bought and refilled some oil to avoid any further problems (half of the bottle is still in the rear).
