Bad service, checked the car at the checkout out, found a small scratch on the tire and are trying to charge me for a new wheel. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take videos of the tires. The car looked and felt very old, the transmission constantly went out.

Best rent a van (or truck) experience in Luxembourg! Renting a van 3 times already from them, always perfect service.

We broke down in France on a Saturday when most businesses close. This company was so helpful at a time in need. They sorted us out a mini bus which was big enough for all of our belongings which was far more than a usual family travelling across France. Ada sorted this quickly, efficiently and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. The price for a mini bus for a week was very good too!
Once we were on our way back home I realised I stupidly left my laptop and a box in the rental and they kindly offered to take care of the items and drop them 30 miles away to my van which was waiting recovery back to the UK.
I would definitely use this company again and would 100% recommend, 5* customer service!

Simple rental, good opening hours and nice personal.

I have a complaint re a wrong debit of amount. (I have been debited ~277€ (instead of ~87€) I’ve addressed this now several times to ADA, as well as to the local agent in Luxembourg (incl reminders). So far, I have not received a single response... 😠 I consider next steps if no urgent explanation will be given and a solution will be offered.

Very convenience to the train station. Pick up and drop off easy. Closed between 12.30-14.00. They will check car for damage with you before and after.

The service was good, but I requested and paid for a Volvo XC40, a premium car. I was given a Renault, not a premium car. I was refunded €20, but had paid more than that for the upgrade. There needs to be more transparency as to what cars a available. The office I rented from did not even have an xc40 in their fleet.

We had a very efficient and friendly service. The car was great, and really clean. And the staff member who we met was excellent. Thank-you. We'd recommend Ada car hire.
