legit scam broker, give pathetic awnsers
I opened a position before the market closed and kept it open throughout the market closure. When the market reopened, the price jumped approximately 17,000 points, generating around USD 59,000 in profit.
The profit initially appeared normally in my account. ActivTrades then reversed the entire result and removed the profit. Shortly afterward, they also terminated my account, citing clauses 27.1 and 27.1.3.
The most concerning part is that they have not clearly explained what specific action I allegedly took that violated their terms, nor have they provided a detailed explanation for why the approximately USD 59,000 result was reversed.
I have requested the exact execution records, opening Bid/Ask prices, the reason for the reversal, and the specific contractual basis for removing the profit.
Based on my experience so far, I expect ActivTrades to respond with a generic reference to their terms rather than addressing the actual trading data and circumstances of my position.
I have already escalated the matter through their formal complaint channels and will also pursue the matter with the relevant regulatory authorities. If this is not resolved properly, I intend to pursue legal action to recover the amount involved.
I would strongly advise anyone considering trading with ActivTrades to conduct thorough due diligence before depositing significant amounts of money.

Agent Deyvid, Extremely Disappointing Experience with ActiveTrades
I had a very negative experience with ActiveTrades, especially with their agent Deyvid. Before depositing, support assured me that the 100% bonus could be used as drawdown protection and that profits could be withdrawn without restrictions, as long as I wasn’t trying to withdraw the bonus itself. Based on this, I made my deposit.
Afterwards, Deyvid appeared and completely contradicted what I had been told. He was not only unhelpful, but also rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Instead of clarifying the situation professionally, he canceled the promotion outright and spoke in a condescending manner, insisting on unrealistic spread requirements before any withdrawal—even of my own capital and profits.
This kind of misleading information, sudden policy changes, and disrespectful treatment is unacceptable. Transparency and professionalism are essential in financial services, but ActiveTrades failed on both counts. I felt deceived and mistreated, and I cannot recommend this broker to anyone.

I had a very bad experience with ActivTrades.
I traded a futures vs spot spread strategy using my own EA. The system calculated a fair value between the two instruments and opened hedged trades only when the market deviated from that fair value. This was a quantitative spread strategy, not random gambling and not, in my view, any forbidden manipulation.
After I made more than $1,000 profit, ActivTrades disabled trading on my account, informed me by email that they would remove the profit, and then decided to close my account. The main issue is that they did this without providing clear proof that I had violated any rule or used any prohibited strategy.
From my perspective, this is unacceptable. A broker should not punish a client simply for being profitable. If they believe a strategy violates their terms, they should provide concrete evidence, a precise explanation, and a fair review process. In my case, that did not happen.
Based on my personal experience, I would be very cautious with ActivTrades. If you become profitable, be aware that your profits may be challenged and your account may be restricted.

My experience with ActivTrades has been extremely disappointing. After I made a legitimate profit, the company removed my profit without any valid or transparent explanation.I contacted customer support and provided screenshots and full proof of my trades and account history. Despite this, they failed to justify their action or resolve the issue. I still have all the evidence showing that the profit was earned fairly.
This behaviour raises serious concerns about the credibility and trustworthiness of this platform. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trading with ActivTrade

Following this investigation, we can confirm that the trading activity linked to your account formed part of a coordinated group pattern that breached our Terms of Business and Promotional Conditions.
Specifically, our review identified indicators of multi-account coordination, including shared technical identifiers and mirrored trading behavior across multiple accounts. These accounts executed opposing positions with the effect of transferring trading results and promotional funds between accounts in a way that circumvented the stated promotional requirements. This type of activity is strictly prohibited, as it undermines fair market conditions and the integrity of our promotional programs.
As a result of these findings, the trading results and promotional funds associated with the identified activity were cancelled in line with our policies, and the commercial relationship was terminated.
We understand that this outcome may be disappointing. However, decisions of this nature are made only after careful review and are necessary to ensure a fair and transparent trading environment for all clients.

Still very early days with this broker but after reading quite a few concerning reviews regarding withdrawals I just wanted to leave my own honest experience, decided to start with a small deposit just In case the negative reviews regarding how long withdrawals were taking (or in some cases not happening at all) were true, placed a few small lot trades on XAUUSD then decided to test the water with a withdrawal, this was placed at 19:44 and the funds landed in my account at 19:52, very impressed to say the least, will definitely be moving forward with a larger account with this broker

Bad experience
The company's primary purpose is to make you lose your money.
For over a year and a half after opening an Islamic account with them,
I have been losing my money trading stocks throughout this period.
Recently, after I switched to long-term stock trades,
they sent me an email and informed me that my account will no longer be considered Islamic for stocks.
I will recover my money from this company and look for a better one.

When your account was initially set up under Islamic (swap-free) conditions, it was approved based on the trading pattern you had at that time-primarily short-term, leveraged trading. Islamic/swap-free accounts are designed specifically to support clients who avoid overnight interest due to religious reasons, but they must also meet compliance criteria, including avoiding long-term holding of assets in a way that could be interpreted as using the swap-free feature for financial advantage rather than for Sharia-compliant trading.
When your trading approach later shifted to long-term share holding, the activity no longer aligned with the requirements for maintaining Islamic swap-free status. As a result, our compliance team was required to revoke the swap-free conditions for regulatory and policy reasons.
