BUYER BEWARE

This store charged my credit card for an item I ordered online, created a shipping label and then never shipped the item. I tried to contact them multiple times via the contact information on their website and over social media to rectify the situation and I haven't received any responses. BUYER BEWARE! I would give zero stars if it was an option.

ya okay so I gave them five stars first…

ya okay so I gave them five stars first time doing business with them - but I went back to that site and got ripped off 79 bucks from some chinese site that was using Active Threads as a piggy back in to my debit card info - so okay I looked at what I wanted to buy and it said out - okay so then I started looking page by page for something else I might like - and then a page came on that looked like the site page and it had my item on sale for 57 dollars so I ordered two of them on their site for 114 - and then their site said NOPE we did not take your money and these items are not available - so okay - but the thing is right at the same time I got some confirmation using my debit card from a mytery source - using an email address that was untraceable - and verifier said it did not exist - but they had taken 79 dollars out of my account - with no mention of company or who they were or what for. -- I contacted active threads and got no response they blew me off even though I had taken screen shots of the page I ordered from - which is a mystery page apparently or I guess a forged page - next day I went to bank and closed that debit number and had to open a new one - then call the automatic billing places and give them the new number - so ya wasted my time and active threads can't even respond with an answer to any of it - the bank will pay the money back - in the mean time a few days ago I got a notice that my order was moving -- one of those chinese tracking deals - something from china being sent to me - but the only way they could have my number was by getting it from active threads site since all this happened around midnight and I had ordered nothing else from anywhere for a couple of days - so I am not happy with active threads - even though they did not take my money they have an ordering system that is not safe and hackable apparently as my 79 bucks to china clarifies. ----
