I contacted Active Therapy based on recommendations, as had suspected Plantar Fasciitis and was due to climb a 4000m peak, which was looking unlikely with the pain. The team were able to see me within 48hrs and I began a course of shockwave treatment. I felt listened to and never rushed during my appointments. Owen was thorough and really knew his stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Firstly the booking system was easy on line. The receptionist was very friendly. My Osteopath explained the treatment thoroughly always checking that I was ok. After my treatment, I felt so much better and booked for more. I highly recommend Active Therapy.

I made a call to Active Therapy following a recommendation, and was given an appointment very quickly - the service I received during my 2 appointments was excellent and efficient. Hopefully I will have no further knee problems, but if I do I will be back to this practice.
