If you did get scammed.. I got mine back through my credit card company charge back. It took four months, I also charged back for car hire which was unroad worthy so I had the last laugh haha 😃 🤣🤣🤣👍

I wish I read these reviews before booking with this vendor. Worst company, worst service, stay away. I booked a hire car for my 4 day Antalya holiday through Opodo. The m vendor is called Active Rent A Car - stay far away from them! The vendor took a whooping almost £800 from my credit card as holding deposit and said it will returned to with 21 days of dropping off the car. 28 days later I was chasing both the vendor and Opodo for the to holding deposit. The Vendor never return any of my emails, calls or texts messages. I reported it to Opodo, the agent I booked the hire car through, they said it had nothing to do with them and then would help me. They did not even care that they had a vendor (Active Rent A Car) on their platform that takes their customers money and doesn’t return it to them. They completely disregard me and my claim. I will never book anything through Opodo again. You are better of using know car rentals such as Enterprise or Hertz. I’ve used them before and never had an issue. Stay far away from Active Rent A Car in Antalya and Opodo. Worst company ever.

Do not rent car from this company, Right Cars and Active rent a car are thief and scammers. Avoid using them.
3 weeks ago I rented a car from them, I was surprised and shocked when I received the traffic fine ticket on my name but not the car I've rented, it's different car. They've used my name on a different car rental contract which is illegal. When I handed over the car I rented I've told them about the fine, they apologised for the mistake they've done and assured that they will pay the fine the next day. This was a lie just to gain time and wait until I travel. Until now they did not pay the fine and they never respond to any call or any messages. So be careful maybe they use your details on another car contract without your knowledge and might conduct a crime or any other illegal things with your name and put you on big trouble.

They keep the deposit. Almost always give you a car with an amber fuel light and have no customer service if you point out the fact they kept your money.
I have rented more times but didn’t realize it. Even though they eventually started to pay back (still waiting on the rest) their responses are rude and with no customer service. When I asked for customer service they threaten to block my number. Very unprofessional.

Ze houden de borg. Ze geven je bijna altijd een auto met een amber brandstoflampje en hebben geen klantenservice als je aangeeft dat ze je geld hebben gehouden.
Ik heb vaker gehuurd, maar had dat niet door. Hoewel ze uiteindelijk begonnen met terugbetalen (ik wacht nog steeds op de rest), zijn hun reacties onbeschoft en zonder klantenservice.
Toen ik om klantenservice vroeg, dreigden ze mijn nummer te blokkeren. Erg onprofessioneel.

Stay away from these scammers
They won't return deposit they are theives and need to be closed down

I have been waiting for my deposit of € 1100.00 for 5 months now and they keep saying that it has been refunded, but that is really not the case, it is a big scam company, but believe me, they promise a lot but do nothing, a bunch of scammers. people please never rent a car there you will never get your money back.

At Pick-up rental car had no gas and was lacking AdBlue which was indicated being rental car holder's issue

Deposit on credit car was taken and hold back for over 3 month. deposit return caused massive work with customer service, local station / deposit holder did not react at all
