John was incredibly helpful, honest and friendly. He came over to look at the house, priced it up, came and did the job and then gave me a reduced price based on the circumstances, knowing I wouldn’t actually need a certain element of it!! Not many tradespeople do that!

Jon is fantastic! Really friendly and helpful. Couldn't unlock my front door as we had left a key in the back of it. He arrived within 10 mins and had us in within seconds. No damage to the lock. He also changed a front door lock for my parents. Great workmanship, highly recommend!
