order was 1 day to come i ordered the wrong size new parcel was sent to me before i even sent the wrong size back didn’t have to get a refund and reorder the tracksuit as i sent them a email explaining i ordered the wrong size and i would like to just get a xl sent out instead

Recently bought from activeline, purchasing was easy, good tracking info about delivery, item arrived in quality packaging, unfortunately item too short and requested a refund there was a delay in receiving a response of a few days hence why not 5 star review but a follow up email from myself was answered promptly and politely the returns process was easy and a refund was issued immediately. Would buy from again.
