Excellently managed process
Each step of the process was well handled. The initial sales meeting with Pearse was very informative, he explained every aspect excellently and was very pleasant. Equally the technical visit was informative and courteous. The installation crew were efficient, pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They all arrived exactly on-time despite the fuel blockades on installation day. A very impressive organisation, where every aspect is well managed and carried out professionally by knowledgeable and extremely pleasant personnel. They are not the cheapest but I would highly recommend them for peace of mind and a job well done.

From the initial meeting with the sales rep , calls to office staff, to the installation, we had a five star experience. They arrived at 8am and were done by about 4:30 that day. Lovely staff did the installation and left the left the house spotless. App installed and very easy to use. Very happy now.

From our initial phone conversation with the team in Monaghan to Steve, the consultant, Ricky, the site engineer & the installation team of Kevin, Shane, John & Diarmuid we were impressed with the professionalism, respect & service received throughout the process. Special mention for the Tipperary installation team who were exceptional - neat & tidy, helpful & walked us through the day's process, operation of the app & had the patience of saints answering all our additional questions.
When exceptional customer service is increasingly a rarity, dealing with Activ8 staff was a sublime experience.

Activ8 followed up on our initial enquiry and followed our build. They were very professional and competent. The Sales person was excellent and the installation survey was done at the agreed time and all questions answered. The installation team were excellent. They arrived on time, did a great job. They were very neat and tidy and left the house undisturbed. They explained the system very well and answered all questions. Highly recommended. Their follow up looks good too. Unlike small operators I know that they will be available for any future issues.
