Brilliant service from start to finish from Action Sports International. I was led through a multi discipline order and provided with all the advice I needed to make the right choices and also get value for money (special mention to John for all the advice). Also Dave, who quickly sorted out all the issues with sizing and a minor defect and got replacements shipped out without delay. I could not recommend this company enough.

I have ordered 2 Connelly Neo Slalom Water Ski bags. I paid for the shipment from the UK to France, I paid the VAT and customs processing fees. But I received only one bag instead of two in my package. I will be happy to modify this review when I receive my complete order (= 2 Connelly Neo Slalom Water Ski bags).
Edit: after contacting customer support, I have been sent the missing item and issued a partial refund. Thank you!
