Action Refund specializes in the recovery of assets that were lost as the result of online financial fraud. That is why Action Refund works as hard as possible and uses existing regulations to make sure every person who approaches us gets the most professional fund recovery service available. Upon collecting all the necessary information and establishing that your request is valid and that fraud has indeed occurred, you will receive information and instructions as to how we will begin the process of getting back your lost funds. Together with you, we will decide on the best and most efficient course of action in order to successfully recover your funds. Action Refund’s comprehensive services include a free consultation where we will provide you with all the information that is necessary to begin your case. If action is required, our company will investigate the matter and represent you before the fraudulent company, your bank, regulators, and any other necessary agency. ActionRefund beware

Unfortunately ActionRefund did not help me. The company is somehow trying, but the steps it is taking are probably not even in accordance with international law. Their crypto forensics report was found highly controversial by a local police analyst. Also when I was promised the recovery they charged 2.5 K and ended up 10 K. Their initial case manager used the same manipulative techniques as the previous Chinese scammers. Their communication completely faded as I asked for a 50% refund. There were also many mistakes / inaccuracies in their letters. I have reported this company to authorities who deal with the Crypto Scam. It is a group of people who feed on the misfortune of naive people. So don't be naive and forget about ActionRefund - it's another scam and these people should be prosecuted. Unfortunately, authorities and governments tolerate these criminals in their activities.

Complete scammers or useless

First loads of attention to get me on board, then promises as if the refund was imminent and looking for more money, then long letters to the banks involved which I had to correct sign, and send, which were completely inneffective, lots of attention from Abdul Talha who then disappeared and could not be contacted, no follow-up to the ombudsman as promised, See Title !

Just a big recovery SCAMM!!

Even one star is too much for this company. They seemed really profesional and trusthworthy in the beginning, understanding and offering real empathy. I lost 74000 euros in a crypto scam through a dating app, and they asured me of getting it back, since I had a strong case. I paid them 5600 euros for dispute cases and crypto analysis. Both was not that much that they had really done, they just sended me a few emails and letters I had to forward myself. After each email I got a negative response from the 'authorities' that they said would help. Now, after 6 months, I have been ghosted by them. The first one who called me, Kayleen Fourie, her email adres is not existing anymore and Artyom Sarkisian, my case manager, doesn't reply any emails since october.

Through posting here, I hope they will respond. If they do and if they will help me after all, I will review this post. Up to then, I'm afraid I have been scammed again. Even worse, after the first scamm, because they knew my bad situation.

Only thing I can do now, if they dont respond, is go to the police and report them as scammers. I hope their company will go down fast. I will do anything for the rest of my life to prevent that they make more victems. They prey on vulnarable victems.

I recently was scammed by an online by Action

I recently was scammed by an online crypto scammer.
I contacted Action and paid my introduction deposit to start proceedings to recover some money.
The initial response was positive although I realise there is never any guarantee of recovery.
Following extensive forwarding of information I found I needed to resend some already forwarded documents.
This went on for some months with some hope of getting something back.
I found once the letters were forwarded to the bank, Coinjar etc the the contact from Action just dried up and it just seemed too difficult for them to continue.
Finally I got a phone call asking for more money to carry on, I immediately realised it was just an elaborate hoax… once again scammed out of anther large sum of money.
There seems to be no end to the amount of ways to be relieved of your hard earned cash.
Very disappointed and definitely would not recommend going to Action Refund Scammers !!!!!!

Not trustworthy

At the start of the conversation with Action refund made it seem like they wanted to actually help me and recover the funds that were scammed from me. I paid them to start their investigation and was able to talk via phone calls and emails, after being involved for around 6 months phone calls stopped and their phone numbers weren’t available to contact and emails never got a reply. Seems a lot like a scam after someone has been scammed more lose after already losing money.

Actionrefund are crooks!!

Actionrefund.com are a bunch of scummy crooks operating out of Johannesburg, South Africa. Watch the video on youtube from agentg9. They are predators and will drain you for everything you've got. I've seen a grown woman named Shereece say to her peers that she wished a little girl that she was talking to got scammed so that she (Shereece) could have scammed her. Disgraceful behaviour. The 5 star reviews were paid for or are fake.

Shameless, venal sociopaths

This company targets victims of crypto scams and victimizes them with further scams under the guise of assisting them in recovering assets from the initial scam. It is a common, but devious and insidious type of con. South African authorities should be alerted to this criminal organization, headed by a man named Tyrone.
