The trainer was excellent
The trainer was excellent, he made us work , kept it fun & interesting, was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxed , despite covid regulations being folowed . The course content was relevant and useful.

A member of my admin team came along and did a 3-day first aid course.
She was impressed with how the company had set up COVID social distancing and thoroughly enjoyed the course -I will definitely book with Action Point again

I got a very prompt confirmation of the place and a prompt email attaching the completed certificate.

Fantastic course from start to finish.
Booking process was easy and pre course information clear. All of our staff really enjoyed the course with a highlight being the practical based elements with CPR. Jon was an excellent trainer

First Aid Training
I would definitely recommend Action Point Training.
They always provide a high quality service with excellent instructors. Feedback from courses is always very positive. They are reliable and flexible to meet our needs. Most of the courses we book are for various types of first aid training, but they also offer a wide variety of other courses which are of equal quality.

Highly recommend using Action Point
We use Action Point training & consultancy for all our companies first aid training, Action point provides a structured, professional and engaging approach which leaves you wanting to know more on each topic. We have ran bespoke workshops for in house training, and also joined in on other training course cohorts all have maintained an excellent environment to learn.

Excellent Training Provider
We have used Jon and his team for a number of years and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional and we always get positive feedback from every course we run with them! So whether it’s first aid requalification or fire marshal training Action Point Training are the people for the job!

best first aid course I’ve been on. I have been on 3 first aid at work courses and this has been the best one. loved the relaxed atmosphere and the fact no questions off limits.
