Just had our alarm installed by Malcom. Went out of his way to get a very neat installation. Even used old cabling which previous company would not do. Honestly could not be happier. Exceeded expectations.

Excellent service from start to finish. The house alarm installation was quick, professional, and very tidy. Everything was explained clearly, including how to use the system and app controls. The installer arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fully tested before leaving. I feel much more secure in my home now. Action24 provided an excellent service throughout. Bradley made the process easy and clearly explained everything from start to finish.
Graham carried out the installation professionally, and the team later returned to remove an old Yale box at our request. Communication was clear throughout, and all work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I would happily recommend Action24.

Firstly appointment had to be changed a number of times to facilitate me & then tho I have moved from Dublin to Killarney I was lucky enough to have the same pleasant, competent technician fitting my alarm. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name!

I have been dealing with this company for over 3 years now and had no hesitation in getting them for another property. They keep you updated when they organise a installation date on the time that they will arrive. Advise on the best setup for your premises and the monitoring is faultless with them contacting you straight away if there is an activation. Malcolm was the installer in question on the day and did a great job.

Malcolm fitted our alarm & I only wish all engineers were as good. He was friendly, courteous & professional, arrived when he said he would & worked extremely hard to fit the alarm as recommended. His work was neat & he explained everything he was doing as he went along. I could not recommend Action 24 highly enough, this is the 3rd alarm they have fitted within our family. What a great Irish company with fantastic employees, thank you Malcolm & thank you once again Action 24.

I received a prompt response to my initial enquiry, and Bradley maintained excellent communication throughout—answering my questions and explaining the service in clear detail.
He then arranged the alarm system installation at very short notice and promptly emailed all the necessary documentation.
Alex, the installer, arrived on time and carried out the installation of the wireless system in a highly professional manner. Before starting, he confirmed that I was happy with his proposed layout and equipment locations. Once the installation was complete, he took the time to explain how everything worked and what to do in the event of an alarm activation, ensuring I was fully comfortable before he left.
I also appreciated that there was no attempt to upsell. I was given straightforward advice—“This is what you need and this is what we’ll install.” Although additional sensors were available, I was reassured they would not add value in my case.
I never felt rushed and came away confident that Alarm24 are both knowledgeable and professional. One month on, the system has performed flawlessly, so I have no hesitation in awarding five stars.

The service was provided in an efficient manner. However, the price charged was exorbitant for 5-10 minutes work. We were told that the work would be performed some time between 8.00 and 12.00, but it was 1.30 when the staff member arrived.

Malcom came to install our alarm and was terrific. He was very thorough went to great lengths to explain things and really went the extra mile. He made the experience A1. Would absolutely recommend Action24.

Aside from delay, the batteries were replaced. The work was fast and efficient.

Everyone we dealt with in Action24, were so helpful. The upgrade was seamless.

All was fine until I decided I was moving and asked to cancel contract.
I was then told it was a 36 month contract and the full amount of it was due if I cancelled.
I was told at installation that there was no problem cancelling. As I knew I was moving, I would not have signed up to a contract of this duration. Alan did not explain that or say these conditions.
I didn't sign any contract but beware. They are very nice when you are purchasing and installing but not so nice when you need to move on.

From ordering to installation, everything went smoothly. Kieron installed our alarm system and the whole experience was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before finishing. The fitting was neat and efficient. Highly recommend!
