Ordering items is easy
Ordering items is easy. When enquiring about items not arriving, Customer Services are friendly and helpful in their reply. With Actesso using the Royal Mail as their free and should be easy delivery vehicle, I am afraid it is the Royal Mail which lets them down, just in the same way the Royal Mail lets down many people.

Carpal tunnel wrist splint
I was recommended this product by physio so I ordered it ,my order was dealt with promptly iwas then told it was despatched and it arrived within a few days.It was exactly what I ordered and seems well made and does what it’s for.Very satisfied all round.Thankyou.

Wrist splints
I wanted to change the size, this was done before they sent it out. Only thing i don't like is how sweaty this product is. I didn't realise that they have a breathable option. I have just been diagnosed with carpol tunnel and was having a terrible flare up. I wanted something quick and was in too much pain to do research on line what was available.

The product is ideal for the purpose
The product I ordered is ideal for my purpose, and was delivered quickly.
However, I wouldn't really have called it an 'experience'. It was just a case of finding a suitable product on-line and placing an order.
