I got custom made sleep buds. Very uncomfortable and sent back. EXCELLENT customer services.

Items returned and the tabs had been cut off. This seemed to be the source of the discomfort. Now one keeps falling out overnight.

Many people seem to be very satisfied so I know I am an outlier on this.

I went to my audiologist in Knutsford. Lovely fella called Roger. He did all the tests and found I’d got 75% mid range hearing, so advised I get some good earplugs for gigs. I promote live music and a musical play so need some good protection.

I wore them last Wednesday at The Blockheads in Liverpool and afterwards my tinnitus was horrific. 10x worse than using cheap sponge earplugs . I thought it was a one off, but have just come back from a gig in Levenshulme, Chris Bridgett, and the same again. There is something wrong - they are clearly filtering out the wrong noise and causing a severe high pitched and very loud spike.

I was not expecting this. Last week I had to sleep with white noise in the background and had terrible night’s sleep, and tonight feels like it will have to be the same.

I’m so disappointed. Whatever they’ve made makes my tinnitus worse, not anywhere near the same normal level. And at £155 it really is a joke.

I order my second pair of earplugs with ACS for sleeping. The initial pair caused some aching so I reported this back to their customer service. To my surprise, they paid for the postage for me to return them, then made some adjustments which resulted in a perfect pair of earplugs. I have not experience any discomfort with the new pair, and most importantly, it is heart warming to see a company that actually cares about the quality of their products.

I bought a pair of ACS earbuds for live music concerts some years ago after attending a concert that was so loud it left my ears ringing for days, and I suspect it caused permanent damage. I am really impressed by how these attenuate the sound level without making it muffled or distorted. I really wish I had bought them sooner and would never now go to a concert without them.

Came in before the estimated time and with the usual acs quality assurance.

The fault was fixed and my in ear monitors were like new when returned to me.

I've previously had ACS sleep plugs and decided to get some customs for my photography work.
Took nearly 3 months (Inc Christmas and New Year) but the plugs are fantastic quality and well worth it

I ordered custom made earplugs and the process to get this done was very easy and straight forward. It just took longer for my custom earplugs to be made than the indicated 20 working days. They arrived though and I'm very happy with the product.
