Acratech Reviews

So much better than a Ball Head. Absolute Bombproof quality. Easy to use. Very precise. Very good markings for my bad eyesight. I currently own a Joystick Head for weddings and it is great. I also own a Geared Head which is great for Macro and extremely precise, but far too bulky for me for travel and hiking around Scotland. I purchased a Ball Head, but returned it due to its erratic behaviour and lack of precision for Landscape Photography. I decided to give this Acratech set up a go and don't regret it at all. It's perfect for Pano's. I appreciate that it costs more than a Ball Head but you do get your moneys worth. I also purchased the Acratech base leveller. The whole set up is great for travel and pretty streamlined compared to a geared head set up. Very happy with the Acratech.

Super fast international delivery. Great products and very friendly customer service. Can only recommend this company and it’s products.

Quick and easy. Easy to use web ordering and quick delivery.

Ease of finding correct plate for cameras and lenses

Gave him some specs, he found the right part for me.

British landscape photographer Thomas Heaton is right: pair the Acratech Long Lens Head with a leveling base on a stable tripod. The result is quick and no-fuss camera setup, durable and immune-to-the-elements gear, and the joy of using one of the highest quality designed and manufactured photo tripod heads on the market.

I ordered a dji mini 2 on the 19th of March, I received tracking the same day however my address was not on the tracking and it also stated my drone was shipped on the 17th March. On the 24th March the tracking stated my drone had been delivered and signed for however I had not received anything. So I emailed arcatech drones to find out what the problem was. They responded pretty quickly and said the tracking was wrong and they would look into it for me and if needs be send another drone with the fastest shipping. Its now the 3rd April and I have sent 3 further emails and not had any response to any of them. It is obviously a scam company! I have contacted my credit card provider to let them know of the fraud. Worst of all it was for my sons birthday on the 1st April.

Fast service and what a solid well made product. Great for heavy lenses and a very stable platform easily fine tunable. I will be looking at additional Acratech products.

Solid camera mounting plate, quick shipping, good communication.
Thank you.

Excellent build quality
Excellent functionality

Good prices and products. I was looking for parts for the camera and found it here. I was told delivery would be the next day. I wasn't deceived. My order arrived quickly, as I was told. Parts fit works well

Great service, excellent range of products and very competitive prices. Order dispatched promptly, handled quickly and efficiently by courier, customs cleared and delivered on time. Items exactly what was required, a good result. Thanks.

I called Acratech prior to ordering, asked if they had it on hand + how long to ship.
As they promised, it shipped same day and arrived on time. Shipping was perfect!

I haven't really used it yet, but it mounted to my tripod perfectly. In a couple months I'll do a product review

Item fits my camera perfectly, quality build. Would be nice to have some rubber where the mount meets the camera.

All I purchased was a simple Arca base plate for my Fujifilm X-S10. It fit.

Acratech makes many excellent products that stand the test of time. I have three of their tripod heads along with many more camera and lens plates. They equipment is very sturdy and will take either a sledgehammer or welding torch to ruin, yet is extremely lightweight and very intuitive to use.

The product is custom made to fit the HasselblaD V generation cameras I use perfectly.

Dealing with Acratech is always a pleasure. Call or email, I know I will be connecting with a true professional who will listen to my question and provide a complete and thoughtful response.

I've purchased a ball head and a leveling head based on several; criteria, namely, high quality, American made, and ease of use. The Acratech products I now own exceed all of those conditions. All the products were shipped quickly at a reasonable price and arrived in perfect shape. Your video tutorials answer any questions that might occur with your products.
