Information First problem I had the company came to my house within 24 hours

I have been impressed with the complete value chain, from initial contact up to installation and billing. I have shopped around, and I can honesly say, this is a superior product.

We can highly recommend Acorn.

It works well and is uncomplicated. The technician, (Desmond) who installed the unit was brilliant, competent and had professional manner in dealing with us. Just wished one could increase the speed a little🤔

I am 100% satisfied with my chairlift. The installation was installed in one day and handed over. My outdoor staircase is a complex one having the 1st flight up to the main house with a small landing, turning up the 2nd flight to the flat. That's were I am living. The chairlift has 5 different bends. I can stop the chair on the landing at the main house and go into the house.

Fantastic Service! Delivered as promised, on time with no issues at all from the Get Go!! Just for the record, in my previous review I only submitted written comments. Unfortunately, I did not fill in the star rating which was set at 3 stars, which I missed. But I would like to correct that with this review. Chris is extremely helpful, obliging and obviously takes great pride in his work. A pleasure to deal with someone like him and a great testament to your company to have him represent you. Again today, he dealt with our query with effeciency and dedication.
