I've been using Acorns for around 10 years (had to re-read to make sure that number was correct!) It's such an easy and mindless way to save, and I've loved watching my money grow effortlessly... See more

Do not use this company!!! Customer support is awful. And don’t cancel your debit card, because it will take them 14 business days to send new one. No rush or concern with your money in your bank. My entire family has an account with Acorns and all of us are cancelling due to their horrible customer service.

This live agent was kind, friendly and patient. With her guidance, I was able to reset an area that I had changed without realizing.

Acorn is my favorite financial institution. They are easy to contact and quick to help.

Glad to have the CSR available on the weekend with the chat feature. Quickly processed my request.

I closed my Acorns account due to the relatively high subscription cost and trade costs. I closed it through the app. ((((((Crickets)))))). Via the app, as instructed, I ended my subscription and ended recurring investments from my bank account. The app would not allow me to see any progress. I went to the website, spoke with a live agent through the chat and he finally closed my account, over a week later. I had ivested a small amount of money and was testing the service. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I couldn't access my account, and I couldn't close my account as offered through the app. So, it was in limbo for over a week and we all know how volatile the stock market has been. It wasn't a lot of money but in all honesty, the service I received was at best not good, it bordered on illegal at worst.

Had great customer experience with the customer rep, he was super attentive to my needs, and even understood my funny circumstance. Although my hopes of potentially getting every refund wasn’t possible, he was super understanding and empathetic of my situation. Super helpful throughout the whole entire call and was very informative. Thank you, acorn.

Acorn investments allowed me to put $5 away each week when other companies would not. I was able to reach human beings when I called with questions and there were no problems taking my money for emergencies. I would wholeheartedly recommend Acorn!

The second customer service rep that I dealt with. It was pretty good. I could understand her much better speaking than the first rep, who was totally not understandable. And background noises are ridiculous, but this girl did get the job done. And I have a new card coming. I think these companies ought to take better care when they are looking to outsource their customer service.

The strange accent of the representative got in the way. I ended up my call with more questions on my mind. Next time I call, I prefer a representative who can speak clearly and is able to get his/her ideas accross effectively to the customer.

The customer service representative was very helpful and explained exactly what was going on with my account!

they were very knowledgeable, quick with their response, very professional and friendly

Forced me through the application process just to get any information. Bad on me for actually expecting a company to be up front. They had access to too much of my personal information.
