After some confusion about the time zone things went smooth and i got exactly what i paid for. Finally i wont have to suffer with the same recipes over and over and over and over…

I got the diy bundle! pretty nice and simple! send you a code, head over to their island and get your diys! They were really nice too. I had spent almost all day in the hospital and they were really nice and let me still go over to their island to collect instead of waiting until the next day!

I have repeatedly emailed and sent chats but I never got a response. Please don’t buy here I guess it’s a scam.

I reached out repeatedly and have still not been able to attend my DIY tour. I even sent dates and times I could visit to make it convenient for the owners and no response. I’m in the process of filing a claim with PayPal to get my money back.

Perfect amazing experience

It’s officially been five whole days and I haven’t been contacted at all with a code or any sort of follow-up after my purchase. I’ve reached out twice with no response. What a waste, probably won’t get a refund for this either.

I didn't know you could visit free treasure islands before I purchased a trip to acnhislands treasure island. Not only did it take over 3 or so hours for them to email me back, but I never got any more information about when I could go to the island. I asked for a refund and they stopped replying to my emails. Do not do this, it's a scam! Just go onto a livestream and visit a free island.

The time difference was a slight issue but everything else was great once the visit started. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

This was my first treasure island experience and I was a bit intimidated and didn't know what to expect. The team members are very kind and helpful. Message responses were quick and professional. The island was very organized and helped with cataloging the items as well as keeping my location if I needed to take anything back to my personal island. Took the whole 3 hours to get all the 2.0 items inventoried and home, in case you're wondering how much time to spend here. Also be wary of the time difference from your location.

I purchased both the DIY island and the furniture island and am 100% satisfied, no regrets at all! The process was super straightforward, and I felt that communication was prompt and clear. Even though I'm in a totally different timezone than the service, I was still able to access it without issue and they were very accommodating of my different timing!

Purchased a product and one of the team members responded before their open hours. They were extremely friendly and helpful giving me instructions to their island. Would definitely recommend to others!
