Oh dear I seem to have had the same experience as many of you. I emailed explaining that the box was damaged and there was no ties to keep it attached to anyone’s head, I never have had the opportunity to try it out. I received an email apologising and asking me to purchase their new model and they would refund in full the cost of the EMS colour changing model, more money down the drain - neither have been taken out of the box and I am out hundreds…. My mum used to say “buy cheap, buy twice” this was a horrible experience I wish I had never trusted this company.

I purchased a led light mask from Acid Eclipse . It took quite a while to be delivered and when it arrived , the box was badly damaged , there appeared to be certain things missing , like user manual , strap … I used it a few times but it left some burn marks ! I sent a message to Acid Eclipse explaining my issues and they replied saying they were going to send me an updated version of the mask. They told me to dispose of my old mask .They emailed me letting me know it was on its way … but it never arrived ! I emailed them and they said it had been delivered at 7pm and to check outside , I checked everywhere. ! We live in a quiet area , with only a few houses. I emailed them back asking which courier delivered this was in July , and no one responded! No mask no refund . No response from email ,

Avoid, absolutely terrible experience.
Order arrived 2 weeks late and missing an item. It was insufficiently packaged so arrive in a mangled mess. Bought as a gift so had to return. To add insult to injury, I had to pay to return it!. Now 2 weeks on I am STILL waiting for my refund. Customer service emails are word salads of empty promises and do not reflect the service I have received. Avoid!!

This was advertised on instagram as being recommended as a Which Best Buy. This was a lie. I bought the facemask before checking this. When it arrived it was clear it had come directly from China and was poor in quality.
I have asked to return the item which they have agreed but I am expected to pay to return it despite being miss sold the item. Do not buy.

UPDATE: package finally received 10 days later than they stated it would be.

order placed and paid for on 16 April - here we are at 28 April and still not delivered. I get that beauty products are manufactured in China - this is no different from the Beauty Pie mask that is also made in China. The difference is that BP warehouse stock ready for delivery, whereas Acid Eclipse ship directly from China. Claim average delivery is 4 days - what a load of tosh. My faith in this product is zero right now, so if it ever arrives then it will have to be 5 stars for me not to return it.

This company claims to be the leading manufacturer (instagram) they're not, items are manufactured in China. Additionally, the company is NOT called Acid Eclipse Limited, rather it is Hector Corey Limited - you can check this out on companies house in the UK.

I've been blocked from their Facebook page because I spoke out about their misleading delivery times - ordered 13 days ago and still not received. AVOID

Only used it twice, how anyone can say it’s comfortable I don’t know. It’s actually painful! I have indents in my forehead!!

I decided not to keep the mask. I had thought it was a rechargeable one and the instructions were incomprehensible. Also it took much longer than expected to arrive.
However, customer service has been good and my emails have been answered promptly.

The mask was bought as a birthday present but my wife was put off by the damaged packaging and the less than clear instructions which appeared to be badly translated into English.

Fearing a scam/fake goods, she contacted customer services by email (using the gmail address) and it was explained that the latest batch of goods had been provided without branding but were genuine.

After some thought she decided to ask for a full refund and arranged to return the goods using the instructions provided by the CS team. Two working days after Acid Eclipse received the return the refund had been credited to our PayPal account along with a very polite, respectful email to confirm from Isabella.

We may have had reservations about the product but the actions of, and communications from, the CS team were second to none.

This would have been a 5-star review had it been for the CS alone. As it is, we have knocked off one star for the damaged packaging etc which caused the lack of confidence in the product.

Save yourself some money and purchase the exact same LED mask from Temu for £20! Total rip off. I received a non-branded, generic mask. The packaging was shocking and it was all bashed in when it arrived. Took ages to come as it comes from China.

Only reviewing delivery as I still haven’t received it. The website gives inaccurate information regarding delivery. The mask comes from China, so the stated 4-7 days delivery is misleading if not a lie.

I've been using the EMS device for about a month,and each session feels like a mini facial workut. The pulses are mild but stimulating, espescially around my jawline.
To my srprised, my cheeks look a bit more lifted, and my face has a firmer tone overall. If I'm honest, that's already showing real, tangible results.

they only deserve one. when I bought the product I contacted them immediately to amend my delivery address, which they did In Uber quick time. I shortly received an email explaining that there will be a delay due to a problem at the warehouse and they gave me a discount code. Nice!

I didn't realise the product was being shipped all the way from china! When I bought it. I wouldn't have bought the product if I had known as I'm mindful of carbon miles and also the sheer length of time to wait for such things.

The courier attempted to deliver my parcel, didn't leave a call card and returned it to sender (China!!) same day. When I contacted them after Christmas I was assured that the delivery address had been amended , they had the correct address on the despatch notes.

They were very apologetic to start with , told me twice that a replacement was in the post from their Suffolk office... And said they would get a tracking number passed to me from their despatch office the next day. This of course never happened.

I emailed again! They said sorry and assured me that it will be arriving by the weekend and that they will get a tracking number over to me. It never happened . So ,Well now it's the 14th January, weekend has come and gone. No parcel,no tracking number and no Comms. They are ignoring i told them that I hadn't received the parcel on Saturday.

Iv asked for a refund... Nada, getting ghosted. On email and Instagram. So I have raised it with my bank.

I think this company is a front. An online company registered in the UK scamming people of cash for fake products shipped from china.

Terrible. Steer clear and don't shop with fake ass company.

Do not buy from these guys.

I shopped on their website on 14/11/24
Got an email it will take 5-7 days.
No product arrived until end of November so sent them an email. They said they had stock issues but it’s all been sorted and my order is on its way.
I asked for tracking and no news
I chased a week later and they said tgey had an issue finding my address and if I could reconfirm the address.
They said it will be dispatched.
No tracking number provided.

I followed up again they said it will be dispatched and received before Christmas and now they are sending via Royal Mail.
No tracking number provided

I followed up on 23/12/24
They said they can’t find my address again but it’s packed and ready to go. I give them an alternate address.
No tracking number provided

I emailed on 27/12/24
They said it’s been shipped but can’t give me a tracking number as it’s Royal Mail.

6 weeks later no package.

They are lying!

Fake product and the "experts" they say are on their advisory panel, 2 of them don't look like the ACTUAL experts photos, and one of them is a photo edited from the Dr's Instagram.
Product I received had typos and the product was a cream rather than the gel the product should be.

Used it for over a month. Nothing special about this cream at all. Thin, watery texture, unconvincing from the start. Cheep style cream and has not done anything more than a cheep moisturiser would do. Big claims and load of nonsense. Save up for a good one forget this.

From reading other reviews it seems that as far back as September they had delivery issues. I ordered the under eye tightener on 6 December as a Christmas gift and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. In fairness I’ve been getting updates via email but it’s wearing a bit thin now and I just want my item. These days most companies manage to despatch orders within 2-3 days so not sure why Acid Eclipse can’t manage this.

Update - I’ve finally received the item! Upon checking the delivery timeline it appears that it’s been shipped from abroad which obviously took more time. If I know something is coming from overseas I often won’t order, especially if it’s time critical, like a birthday or Christmas gift.

Your customer service email does not work and I need to find out where are my goods I purchased! I have paid but not received anything yet.
