Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Called today to pay off a loan, she kept accusing my husband of basically being coached, even though he said that’s my wife in the background she changed his email address, even though he did not want it changed, very condescending and he had to tell her there’s no conspiracy going on I just want to pay my loan off. She told us maybe we should go to the bank instead, but that’s not what Customer Service is for. They’re supposed to help you. Now our account is locked for 24 hours because of what she did and we basically can’t do anything. All we wanted to do is pay the loan off so we have chosen to close all of our accounts and be done with this bank.
