Shocking service and a rude entitled certifier. I'd suggest you avoid this company at all costs and use a recommended certifier such as SWAU or ACOA to certify your signed collectibles. One joke in a live show about their service resulted in being blocked. Feedback and criticism isn't allowed.
I'd also highly question the qualifications of their certifiers. Amateur company, stick with the professionals instead. Cowboys.
