Customer Service So Bad I’m Warning Others Publicly
Very disappointing experience with Ace Per Head. For years, I was required to keep a minimum balance of $200 in my account and routinely deposited money whenever the balance dropped below that threshold. Recently, I had approximately $185 remaining in the account and was told I could not even use those funds to continue operating or fund the account.
When I reached out for clarification, the person I spoke with was extremely arrogant, hostile, dismissive, and condescending.
What really shocked me was the complete lack of professionalism. After becoming frustrated with how I was being treated, I mentioned that I was considering posting about my experience on social media. His response was essentially “Go ahead,” followed by calling me “pathetic.” I have never experienced customer service like that from any legitimate business.
The attitude and communication alone were enough to make me never want to do business with this company again. It honestly felt like they had zero interest in helping a long term customer and were more interested in insulting customers than providing support.
I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution before trusting this company with their business.
