I purchased this mini PC for home office usage. One of the key benefits of mini PCs is their small size, which makes me easy to transport and store. When I got this mini, it is perfect for use in small spaces on my desk.

Considering performance, mini PCs with AMD CPUs are known for their speed and efficiency. AMD processors are known for their superior multi-core performance, which makes this device great for running multiple applications at the same time. To my surprise, I don’t hear CPU fan running! Quite silent .

Overall, mini PC with AMD CPU offer me a lot of value for their size and performance. It is a great choice for me and people who need a powerful computer that is easy to transport or for those who want to save space on their desk. However, it's important to compare models and do your research to find the one that best meets your needs and budget.

In looking for a SFF gaming APU/Emulation computer I saw this one with an adjustable knob for TDP. Which would work great with Windows 11 (which is legit and activated) but would also work well in Linux (primarily used Chimera OS/Fedora 37) , was thinking of using this also as a network storage drive. I ran some emulation of PS2/PS3 which works amazing at 1080p, also tested 3DS at like 5x internal res which shocked me. Also the RGB on the side can be turned OFF with the software on their website, they also showed a video of using the UBC which is full featured. Meaning USC Data/DP over USB C and PD over USB C which is awesome! Using a USB C dock with power or USB monitor for power and data works GREAT! I played some Hogwarts Legacy with FSR 2 set to performance and I got 30FPS in hogwarts which is about the same performance on my steam deck. Im thoroughly impressed that its also easily upgrade able RAM/NVME without any screws, I was considering adding a GPU with an NVME to PCIE adapter to add a bit more oomph to this if needed. Might even be a useful streaming box. Im thinking about Minecraft server too since its got plenty of cores/threads and ram. Wifi wasnt detected in Linux but I have planned on using it with Ethernet wired if its a server/streaming box. Steam OS big picture works great with it as well. These little PCs are amazing, AMD is just awesome with their APUs and of course linux support is great too! Come with reasonable expectations and this is a great price for a gaming APU , especially for emulation at 1080p or higher, supports up to 4k and for the 3DS Im sure I could go to 4k resolution, as well as PS2 in 4k , indie games at 4k would be really easy too.
