Poor Service / Item not received
I ordered a titanium Apple Watch there, with an expected delivery time of two days. After asking where my watch was, I was told there had been an error in the warehouse and that the watch no longer existed. They offered me an aluminum version instead. I requested a refund, but was once again bothered with the claim that the aluminum watch costs the same. It doesn’t seem trustworthy to me to sell an aluminum watch for the same price as the more expensive titanium model.

As soon as we detected the issue, we contacted you immediately and offered an alternative model that we did have in stock.
In addition, we offered to include a complimentary strap for your Apple Watch to make up for the inconvenience. However, you declined this offer as you didn’t feel confident in our intentions, which we fully respect.
We understand your frustration and once again apologize for the situation. Our aim is always to provide a transparent and trustworthy service, and we regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations in this case.

Our experience just this week, we thought it was a reputable company.
Believe the bad reviews.
Bought and paid for the best graded iPhone 12 Pro Max, at €647. Got it home wasn’t charged up, and it wouldn’t switch the current phone information over. Took it back to the shop, they were helpful but advised that for it to work fully, we would need to go home and connect to our WiFi. This still didn’t work. We took back to shop again, and we were told that it was damaged and that we had broken it. The camera, Bluetooth both not working. We were shown a couple of photos once the phone had been taken out the back to look at. They then said as we had damaged the phone they would not repair it under their warranty.
I can guarantee that when we took the phone away it was handled more than carefully.
We have since heard from the shop after asking to speak to a manager, that they will not repair it or do anything, but if we do buy another phone from them they will do us a good deal!! The audacity!!
If you choose to ignore the bad reviews, then please make sure the phone you buy is working for you in store before leaving.
EDIT: For response - the phone had not been near any water, and therefore was sold to us by the store already with water damage - only explanation

Tu dispositivo nos llegó con claros signos de haber sufrido daños por líquidos.
Los pilotos internos del teléfono, cuyo objetivo es saber si el líquido ha penetrado en el interior, estaban de color rojo.
Esto significa que el líquido ha llegado al interior provocando un daño irreversible.
Ni Apple, ni Acelstore, ofrecen garantía para un dispositivo dañado por líquidos.

Phone delivered on time
Phone delivered on time. I have not purchased a refurbished phone before, but have to say it is like a new phone, no marks or scratches, flawless. New battery, and charging lead.
Will certainly use Acelstore for my next phone.

Frustrating service
The customer service is fast, the problem is that they don´t check the phones before they send them and they always arrive with a problem. it´s quite frustrating to go through the whole process over and over again.

He comprado un iphone SE categoria matricula de honor, pero viene con la bateria que no es original (pone reparar) y con una vida útil de un 88%. Ha sido una decepcion.

Vaya, no es habitual pero en ocasiones los terminales pueden presentar algún tipo de fallo.
(no es lo habitual, nuestro equipo los testea de forma exhaustiva)
Respecto a la carga de batería...
Recordarte que el grado (Matricula de Honor) sólo hace referencia al aspecto estético y no tiene relación alguna con la carga de batería, tal y como se explica en nuestra guía de grados:

Cada modelo tiene una carga mínima de batería garantizada, que se indica en la propia ficha de producto.
Para un iPhone SE es del 85%, por lo tanto se corresponde con lo ofertado.
