I ordered the jubisink and they charged my card - never received the order. I tried contacting jubisink help desk - NO RESPONSE - the store doesn't exit anymore!! they are a scam...

ZERO STARS! NEVER RECEIVED ITEM!!! Just like the rest of the reviews I NEVER received the rack and it's been 8-9 months! A few months ago, I received a random small metal towel holder to hang over a cabinet door...I assume it's what they sent instead but NOT what I ordered and POINTLESS! SCAM! DO NOT ORDER!!

Wish I could give 0 stars to these scammers! They keep scamming people and it seems this won’t stop because they always get way with it! PayPal on the other hand, seems to be on their side allowing these ‘sellers’ to deceive people by using their PayPal accounts to pay them! Shame on PayPal, I am deleting my account and would never again buy anything from an internet add or website that I don’t know where it came from!

So I ordered 2 dish racks from this company November 9th, said delivered November 16th. I have fought with them since with multiple emails, no response than I threatened them with corporate and the BBB. Finally after the Covid 19 may 2nd i get a response to look on my garden because they were delivered. I told them I have cameras and nothing was delivered on said date. Thats when they said check your garden, neighbors porch, etc. I said how do you know I have a garden and if my neighbor received them they would bring them over. Such ignorance these people are. I lost out on 2christmas gifts and $44 to this scam artist people. They SUCK AND WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. RIP OFF...STILL FILING A SUIT AGAINST THEM

I ordered the over the sink rack and received a small metal thing. Tried to contact the seller with no response. Contacted PayPal and they sided with the seller!??? I have pictures!!

What can I do? PayPal is not responding to my inquiries.

I’m not sure how they still in business I have been waiting for my dish rack since November 11, 2019. They refuse to answer me now but prior emails have been them saying to contact post office and look in my yard. Did both notified them there response is it’s not our problem. Yes it is your problem I have not received what I purchased and you are giving no options to remedy this. Very angry with how they respect and treat customers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

not sure how this company is still active/hasn't been shut down. as every other comment states: they send you random junk that you wait a month for, then refuse to take it back/refund you. and paypal was zero help.

I ordered a HTY over the sink dish rack back in November and still haven't gotten it. Emailed and gave all the info I had, and still no product or refund. This company seems to be a scam and I would not recommend this to anyone.

STAY WELL CLEAR.
Ordered an 11 piece anodized saucepan set and got delivered a 3 inch diameter frying pan. Contacted their customer services over ten times and keep being told,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,wait for it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,"have i checked in my garden".
This site is just a con and are obviously hoping people dont complain.
You've been warned.

scam! order a stailess steel dish rack go over the sink and received a plastic small thing! i sent a email to them and they answer i had to send the plastic thing to them, pay the deliveried and have $10 back, or have back $5( i paid $30), I replied to them wasn't fair and they never hear from them anymore!

This place is a scam. I ordered what was advertised (pictures and all) as a stainless steel dish drying rack, and got a plastic piece of junk that looked nothing like it. They tried to offer me a small fraction of what I paid as a "refund" and when I opened a paypal case they offered a bit more but said I had to cancel my paypal dispute or the money wouldn't go through. Luckily I know better than that. After about two months of dealing with paypal and shipping the item back, I got my refund and luckily got a refund for shipping, as well. I hope this business gets shut down.

I ordered and paid €22.98 in good faith for an 11 piece titanium pot and lid set on 6 Nov 2019.
Only when I started querying in January 2020 did i get a response..saying they will post it. today Jan 27, I received one miniature frying pan. This is a disgrace and scam. DO NOT order anything from this company Acelote / Sunshine Living Hall. Scam artists deluxe

I'm on the same boat as all of you. They claimed that's exactly what I ordered when I emailed them complaining and asking for a refund. They said they'd give me $5 back. are you serious?! their website says satisfaction guaranteed blah blah blah.. that's all BS!!

I got the same scam as others. Ordered an above the sink drain rack. After 2 months of no product I emailed to complain. After 2 weeks recieved a small plastic drain rack worth less than a dollar. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Also they use the name Sunshine Living Hall.
