I have over 600.00 worth of Botox product and due to the new payment method. I have no product yet. Its been over a qeek and you guys have not received payment. Am I able to get a refund . I really need the product might have to go elsewhere 😔

I received my order less than 3 days after my payment was confirmed. I am in the U.S. so this was very fast. Their products are all amazing and the prices are even better. If I were to buy these products in the U.S. I would have spent thousands!!

Spoiled by shipping time
My last 2 orders took a long time to arrive. This last order took 6 days! Im only writing a review because it was 2 bottles of a botulax that arrived room temp and after using both have very very low results which means they were ineffective.

As mentioned, the botulinum toxin you ordered is supplied in a freeze-dried form and remains stable at room temperature for a limited period during transit. Each order is carefully packed with ice packs and insulation, and it is normal for these to thaw during shipping without impacting product integrity when used as directed.
