These guys stink
These guys stink! I made a bad decision choosing them. My car has been at the dealership for 1week waiting for ACE to get back to them. I have called ACE and all I get is voicemail. I paid in full for 2 vehicles, this is the first time I have tried to use them, I’m asking for 100% refund, they are guilty of false advertisement

I started off looking at different…
I started off looking at different extended warrantys. I narrowed down to just a few. Ace being one of them. Received a call and this rep gave me his spill and asked what credit card I wanted to use. Explained I am looking at others to make the best decision. He called me back the next day and I told him I was still looking. I also told him that I called the totota dealer and they had never heard of them. He said he highly doubted that is if I were lying. He called again the next day and I told him I went with someone else. He was persistent of who it was so I told him. Then he began to tell me what a bad decision it was because the company I chose did all sorts of things that Ace doesn't. I just hung up the phone. Today I get another call and explained this to him because he wanted to know how much I paid. This company is like a bunch of pushy car salesmen trying to get you to make an impulse buy. I would never do business with this company. They may have a good warranty system but I will never know because of the sales tactics used.

Ace Auto Protect is the best in the business! When my car's engine failed, they were quick to provide assistance and ensure that the repairs were taken care of. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched.
This business is fraud
This business is fraud. Don’t buy this service. I paid about $1700 extend warranty for my Ducati. I was promised all repair costs will be 100% paid. My Ducati went to the Ducati dealer for repair which repair cost around $700 last November but ace protect didn’t pay them. I was told by ace protect to pay the repair cost then I will have full reimbursement.
I have not received the reimbursement over months. I called the every 2 weeks but they make story every time I called.
Impossible to cancel even within the no charge cancellation time period
They charged my credit card, I did not sign the contract and attempted to cancel a few days later. They ignored my request to cancel and refund but instead used high pressure tactics for me to not cancel. It took my disputing the charge and over 30 days to get the charge credited.

Check engine light went 'surprise!' and I'm thinking, 'Oh no, here comes a headache.' But the warranty wizards got it covered. They not only took care of the repair but also the new part. Engine's happy, and so am I

So, my ride's engine started acting up, and I'm thinking, 'Great, wallet's gonna hurt.' But these warranty folks? They're legends. Not only did they sort out the repair bill, but they covered the whole engine ordeal. Major win!.
