I was really well treated in the Maastricht store,the attention given to to me was great and they were really patient with me as I was really undecided about what type of glasses suited me.

Always been super happy and grateful for the great service received in Maastricht at the Ace&Tate-shop. Especially cuz they truly help me in deciding on the model; what better fits me and giving me insight on how I come across depending on the glasses that I wear.

In Maastricht they treated me very well and the glasses arrived on time. With email notifications, great! The staff was very kind, and Lucía was very attentive.

I visited the shop in Maastricht, and I have to say that the experience was great! I've been wearing glasses for as long as I can remember, but never have I found a place that worked as fast and effectively as that one. Furthermore, I was so happy with the treatment that I ended up buying two glasses, and I've been using them nonstop since then, the quality is top!

I had another amazing experience at this glasses store, especially at the Maastricht location. The staff are always incredibly kind, informative, and genuinely helpful when it comes to choosing the right frames. They really take the time to understand what suits you best. The optician is also wonderful. She's super professional, patient, and thorough.

I’ve been a returning customer for a while now and own more than five pairs of glasses from them, which says it all. I’m always happy with both the service and the quality of the frames, especially for the price. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else and will definitely keep coming back.

My eyesight test was taken on time and very profesionally by Dr. Kiran, who was kind and informative throughout.

I visited the maastricht store to get new eye glasses as my eyesight had changed. The service was exceptional! The optician, Kiran, was very kind and answered all my questions with great patience. If you are picky about your glasses and want your eyesight to be checked thoroughly, I would highly recommend the maastricht store and the optician there!

Had a great experience at the Maastricht store! Everyone was very friendly. Kiran did a thorough eyesight exam and later helped choose the best glasses for me. When I went to pick them up, she even adjusted them so they would fit perfectly. The glasses are great quality too.

Really helpful and lovely staff in the Maastricht store, always happy to help and clearly know their stuff. I was helped with everything from choosing a style I was happy with to getting help with the right lenses for me. When I collected my glasses they even made sure the frames were comfy before I left. Will definitely return!

I’ve been a happy customer for years. Even before they opened physical stores and only sold glasses online, I became a fan. They haven’t disappointed since. Their B-corp certification and collabs with other B-corp companies (such as Ganni) adds a value for me other companies lack. Especially if they show you, you can get that and quality frames for reasonable prices. Plus when the store in my home town (Maastricht, NL) opened you can just stop by for anything. They’re very welcoming and always very honest in their advice and the information they provide you with about production processes or the right look for you :)

Lovely friendly staff, offered to clean and tighten the screws in my glasses whilst I was waiting for my appointment. Also very helpful when choosing between frames and options. Comprehensive eye test, optician explained all the different parts.

I bought a pair of lovely sunglasses in the Brewer Street shop. A charming young chap called Finn served me. Such a lovely chap. Knew his stuff.
