Very rude stuff members on calls I sent…

Very rude stuff members on calls I sent over 309 emails with no reply no call backs from mangers or members of staff as promised i built the credit limit to £350 over 3 years for them to sell the account to some company called limed financial hoo all so have very rude staff members to once balance is cleared over the next 14 months I’ll closed the account am leaving very bad feedback and asking friends and family not to shop with company-7000 as feedback I’ll continue to shop with fashion world hoo are a lot better.

Very rude members of staff on calls no mangers available there always in 4 hours meeting what a surprise. No call back as promised no support as a customer nothing am leaving a very bad feedback review. And I will no longer shop there every again.

If you can get the item elsewhere, do it. Don't give Ace your hard earned money

Ordered a sofa & was given a delivery date of 2 weeks, which was fine. That date came & went with no sofa. I contacted Ace who didn't have any updates, just said I had to wait. I asked for a refund of my delivery fee & was ignored. My sofa came 6 weeks after placing the order & 4 weeks later than the original delivery date. Ace seem to think this is ok & won't refund the delivery fee. The only reason I ordered from them was due to the delivery date they provided. Extremely poor customer service. I have chased & chased for a refund on my delivery fee & instead they offered 10% off the delivery fee from my next order as a good will gesture. That will be never get used as I'm not buying anything from them in the future. A disgraceful company.

Trying to return a pair of trainers for…

Trying to return a pair of trainers for the past 2 weeks, the returns option does not recognise the order number or my email. There is a statement saying that there is a delay with the system and to try again in a few days. Can see this has happened to others, used ACE for years and never had a problem. I will sell my return on Vinted as I’m not going to risk sending it back without a returns. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN !!

Poor Customer service

Do not use this company, ordered garden furniture weeks ago, got my order confirmation date, it never arrived and still waiting, I’ve emailed numerous times had two responses which haven’t been helpful at all, Trying to get in touch with customer service isn’t the easiest and communication is very disappointing, all I would like now is a full refund, as I have had no updates as to what’s going on. Not a great website and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

This company is dreadful

This company is dreadful. I have been trying to get onto my account but the website tells me I have been 'redirected too many times' even though this is the first time I have logged in for weeks. I am trying to make a payment, but can't. I've tried phoning but the automated service is telling me they need a customer number, which I don't have unless I log into my account. I have tried other options on the phone line and it does not recognise my date of birth or the postcode, so I can't get through that way either.

This is not the first time I've had issues, missing deliveries, cancelled orders when I haven't cancelled them, telling me they are out of stock of items even when they've taken it out of the account. I have had enough of them

If you are thinking of using this company then don't!

No worth one star.

Ordered a laptop on the 18th of February ( last Monday)
only a few left in stock it said, placed the order which was accepted. Now it's Tuesday the 25th and they have canceled the order due to being out of stock. No more orders from me and I will close the account. Their website is a joke anyhow.

Ace need a rethink on their systems

Wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering. I have been an ace customer for many years without problems and in January I ordered a shirt costing £25. When it arrived it looked nothing like the photo so I wanted to return it. I had bought it as a guest not through my account. I wanted to return it and that's when the problem started. The returns portal didn't recognise my order number so I emailed Ace. Got a holding reply saying they are very busy. Two weeks later still no reply so I looked up the returns address, sent it back at my own cost and included all the information and a letter saying what had happened. No refund or confirmation of receipt . Two weeks later I tried customer service email again. Two weeks later they ask me for proof of delivery. I sent them the tracking and a photo of the item as delivered. Another two week went by got an email saying we haven't got it on our system take it up with Evri. They clearly do have it but all they are doing is looking on their computer. Can't find any phone number to talk to anyone. The number on their website goes to the ombudsman service. £30 in total down the drain. Never using them again.

Very poor return service

I have been an Ace customer for a number of years but my latest experience with them has been horrendous. I bought a dress that's too big so I wanted to return it. Their online return system doesn't work (which is my preferred way to send things back as it gives me options, including free options). So I used their very complicated customer service system to tell them this, I get an email back about 7 days later telling me to return it manually to the address provided, which is going to cost me! Most online shops have a free return service! I'll just keep the dress and sell it on Vinted as it's not worth paying postage cost for a little refund!

I would never order from this awful…

I would never order from this awful company again(ACE). ordered wardrobes before Christmas and kept fobbing me off saying yes you will get them,then 3 weeks later they cancelled them.so I ordered a different two wardrobes said be delivered before the 31st January,no show told me was a delay,then next day something was missing,so now on the 11th February they emailed me saying been cancelled as out of stock, surely they knew this before.no communication of them unless I spoke to customer services, absolutely useless company and I can't be the only one.now have to wait maybe two weeks for refund that's how long took before but quick enough taking your money straight away,I need that a.s.a.p. really so I can buy some others.never again ACE

Don't purchase from them

I have purchased trainers from this company and their returns portal isn't giving me access to generate a return. I am doing every correctly and it is well within the 28 days. I have emailed them and not had a reply. I would not recommend using this company. Their system doesn't work and they make it impossible to contact them!!!

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company! Been with them 30 plus years (my first xmas ornaments were from here .got a few left!) but the last 2 years the only orders ive placed at xmas they can't seem to fulfil..the minimum and small amount I've ordered they still seem to get it wrong! 2023 received someone else's xmas order..never sorted out and wanted me to pay for a return? 2024 aftershave missing..despite webchats/emails and expensive premium calls still not sorted! Paying my account off and done with these jokers!!!

I have dealt with Studio/Ace now for…

I have dealt with Studio/Ace now for around 30 years +I have never had any problems always been excellent service till this November 2024. On checking my account no records of my orders my history all gone. My November order came in dribs and drabs with items missing, couldn't get answer on phone so sent email which started off a chain of emails, which from responses I could tell had not been read properly. On checking I found House of Fraser have taken over, so herein lies the problem. My issue still ongoing, still have item missing . will update if I get any further. I would avoid this company now as it is no longer owned by studio and House of Fraser are making a hash of the company.

AVOID

full payment for order was taken out of my bank after they cancelled my order, as they said there was an issue with payment!!!! was expecting a refund,after 12 days I contacted them only to be to told they hadn't took any money from my bank for the order. got in touch with my bank who gave me details of the money they took with proof. I contacted them again with details from my bank, got my money back 2 hours later.WOULD NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS I HATE BEING LIED TO.

AVOID!

I have never had such bad service from Ace. They must have been taken over as the company is nothing like it used to be. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.
I tried to buy online and as i couldn't log in to my account i thought I'd just purchase and pay in full. This was unfortunately the start of several emails and the problem had still not been resolved. The purchase didn't go through, i didnt get a confirmation email and my wallet didn't show a purchase so i tried again with the same outcome.
Then i received an email from the courier saying i was for a delivery and both items were delivered and charged for so a duplicate, i have had over 12 emails with Ace trying to sort out a refund and return to no avail.
The website chat is only a Bot that sends you round in circles and there's no phone number. When you email they don't reply in the time frame they say and not one customer service member will take ownership. So I've still got a duplicate order and two payments. So, do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else.
