Fantastic service - highly recommend Ace Sen
Having suspected that my daughter may be dyslexic, I was recommended Ace Sen to carry out a dyslexia assessment. From start to finish Nicola communicated with us brilliantly, and the assessment was carried out promptly and efficiently. Nicola was amazing with my autistic daughter (communication/social interactions can often be tricky for her) who responded to Nicola so well. Nicola showed care and understanding for her needs which really helped.
Once the assessment had taken place, we were given verbal feedback with care and compassion, before being sent the assessment report. This was an in-depth and very thorough report, covering strengths, weaknesses and recommendations of support. Exactly what we needed in order to move forward in helping our daughter for her future.
