A great product at a great price, and an English brand to boot. They have a great range of styles, although on this occasion I knew exactly what I was looking for. It was delivered quickly, in a lovely presentation/ travel case, including free, complimentary engraving on the case back. Fabulous!! And all with great communication. Unwrapped watch christmas morning, followed instructions but unfortunately the watch didnot work. Thought it may be battery. Left message for staff once christmas holidays were over. Staff made contact Monday 28th Dec pm suggesting return

Fast delivery to Germany - Of course delivery was expensive - I knew - but 11 Euro more for tax duty and other administration crap - Of course it's not the fault of Accurist - but it makes the strap in the end more than 50 Euro

From the time of order the Watch was delivered in four day's which is exceptional, the website was easy to navigate. The quality of the watch was incredible value for money.

Don't honour their mistakes
Went on the website to purchase an item, no discount code provided. Emailed Accurist got a reply then was told their team hadn't updated free postage option and then told they wouldn't honour this, finally had email ignored. Very poor customer service and don't honour their mistakes! AVOID
