What an AMAZING company!!!
In this day and age it is very rare to find a company that actually delivers outstanding customer service. Many promise, very few actually deliver. Accu does exactly that. As a DIY user, I have ordered many Precision screws, Bolts, Nuts, washers and specialist parts to help me build my kit car. Accu have never failed to supply what is needed. Also twice assisted me when delivery issues arose and have helped me for free, no questions asked. The last order placed on a sunday is arriving today by 11 am. Brilliant delivery options and fantastic customer service! Well done to the Accu team!

I was looking for two spacers in order…
I was looking for two spacers in order to fit a wing mirror conversion to my motorcycle. I searched the Internet until I found Accu. I quickly found the exact spacers I wanted with minimum fuss. The customer service was great ( not AI generated !!! ) . I had some issues with the courier service delivering to another address, but Accu immediately sent me a replacement order, again with no fuss, at no cost. Thank you.

ACCU didnt pay shipping charges to Fedex
I received an invoice from Fedex to pay shipping and duty charges to United States that was paid upon the time of purchase for screws and nuts from ACCU. On the declaration form, ACCU put the responsible person as the "consignee" (me) and added a different invoice (minus the shipping charges).

This was my first time ordering from Accu Components, the website is really easy to use and to find the items required.
