For more than 5 years, I have been facing a clear issue with my Snapchat account. Despite contacting support many times, sending explanations, screenshots, and full details repeatedly, the issue has still not been resolved, and I have not received any clear explanation or real solution.

This is not a new issue. It has been explained many times to different support agents, but unfortunately most of the responses have been generic and repeated, without properly understanding the case. This has caused a clear negative impact on my account performance, reach, and engagement, especially since the account used to perform much better before and then suddenly changed without explanation.

What is most frustrating is that every time I have to explain the same issue again from the beginning, without any serious follow-up from one person who fully understands the case from start to finish.

I sincerely hope the management reviews my case seriously and checks all previous reports, because having the same issue continue for years without a solution is unacceptable.

Snapchat is very good app.it gives us a lot of filters to take pictures and make videos.It is also a good source to contact each other and make your snap streak with your loved one.

My account is hacked but they do not do nothing and don't unlock my account
