It is a shame they can not be rated half of a star. No customer support response. Virtual mastercards which are issued as a bonus through my employer simply won't be accepted anywhere online. G... See more

Worthless cards
Con. Un-redeemable cards. Customer service of no use.
Looks like I’m another one who has done their money.
Unable to log into account
Unable to log into account. Customer service reset password, still not working.
No unable to get a live representative on the phone.
Multiple attempts on multiple dates.
Rewards cards cannot be accessed. Wondering if this is an isolated problem and also what happens to the funds that I cannot access
I would rate it a 0 if there was a way
I would rate it a 0 if there was a way. Westlake Financial owes me some money and I have to go through this co. to get it. They both (Westlake and my vault) have no customr service. There is no human that you can talk to. They give you directions that do not work for using card. Never go through Westlake to finance anything and then you will not have to deal with my vault. Both are scams.

This company is terrible they are quick to take your money!
Unknown to us pre-paid card had expired, contacted them 2 weeks after expiry and they don’t want to know so we lost our money. Reached out to ask for extension and they refused.
They are not very nice to deal with stay away, for anyone thinking of dealing with these guys do yourself a favour and stay away.
Scam for corporations
It's very clear that this company exists to allow companies to pretend to refund your money. AT&T gave me a card that I'm incapable of transferring because the Mypaymentvault's registration is fundamentally broken.
Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service - impossible to deal with or make contact to resolve any issue. Avoid.
Get on Pay Mine
Not a good experience ! Totally disappointing shocking service .
Absolute Worst - Avoid At All Costs
This service is fundamentally broken. My Payment Vault actively prevents you from using your own money. Expect to call them for nearly every single transaction you attempt, only to be told by their terrible customer service to "wait 24 hours and try again."
It is the most frustrating financial product I have ever used. The card is completely unreliable and useless for any real-world situation. Do not sign up for this service.
The WORST experience
The WORST experience! They keep the funds on your card without warning. You have to send emails constantly every time you want to make a purchase, and you can't transfer the money back to another account to get it out! They hold onto your money and keep it. A real scam disguised as a "bank." I filed a complaint with the CFPB hoping they'll review my case, and from what I've read, I'm not the only one going through this. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
This is THE worst “bank” ever
This is THE worst “bank” ever. They withheld my funds, and refused to release them. I called them telling them I needed to use them to be able to check into a hotel otherwise I would have no other way, and would end up having to be on the streets. In response, I was told by a manager to “use your own money”, and then shouted at. I was unable to check into my hotel as this was all my own funds, I was also within the same country as issuance (USA) so there should have been zero cause for refusing to release my funds, and was refused access to them for a extended period of time for no sound reason at all. It is utterly appalling the service they provide, one service person tells you one thing and to check back in a week, when you call back the person tells you the complete opposite information. If I hadn’t had a woman who called herself the manager shout at me down the phone whilst I was alone in New York City trying to get a hotel with the only amount of funds I had left from a summer job telling me to “use my own money”, I still would rate this 1 stars as they have been utterly appalling every other time I called them! Stay away, your welcome.

They are a fraud not able to use the card anywhere. They dont help. BIG FRAUD!
Terrible, borderline a scam
Terrible, borderline scam. They will put your card on hold before you even use it- "for security reasons". Then you will need to submit a request for them to review it. That will then take 24 hours.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Can't make a payment with these cards on 99% of sites and left over monies are tied to the card forever as transfers to sites like Paypal are impossible.
Great company to deal with
Great customer service - I had issues with the card but they helped to claim my money- I am very happy with their service
0/5 SCAM!

GiftCard works on very few websites, now my account won’t work and customer service just copy pasted automated responses.
This is a scam
AVOID!
The customer support experience is appalling. The company behaves in a highly unprofessional manner and raises serious concerns about its legitimacy. They refused to cancel my service, failed to provide basic information, and offered no meaningful assistance at all.
I have never felt the need to write a service review before, but in this case I feel obligated to share my experience to warn others. The level of disrespect and poor treatment is unacceptable. The website is poorly designed, difficult to navigate, and appears non-compliant with basic transparency standards.
It is extremely difficult to find essential company information, such as registered address or ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), which is a major red flag.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Dealing with them has been frustrating, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.
