Businesses should NOT use this

TDS cable company sent me a "debit card" to refund some money to me. following directions on the card to activate leads me to a webpage to input the card number and pin. Fine. But now it asks me for a
"new pin" - but no info on requirements for the New pin - or why in heck I need one. Won't accept anything. I suspect this is a scam - I can't access my refund. Just mail me a check, TDS.

Would not recommend. Awful.

Would not recommend. Difficult to use. Blocks and declines transactions. Customer service not particularly helpful. A payment was put on hold (not my fault) due to blocks and payment failed. Need to wait 30 days for the funds to go back onto my card. Shocking. Will never use again.

I can never make a purchase with my…

I can never make a purchase with my digital card, I call the support they say okay we remove the block in 2-3 business days but then they still decline any transaction I make. I tried again after three business days, still declined! And the sipport only says the same thing please wait for another 2-3 business days and we remove the block. S**tty company with stupid support. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Scam!!!!! don't use them

I received a digital prepaid card few days ago and I was asked to input my Nigerian national identification number which is 11 digits but payment vault site kept insisting it should be 10 digits. Since then they have stopped me from acessing my giftcard, at first they sent me an email to re upload my documents which I did but they kept rejecting my digital Id card even after explaining that for 6 years now, nigeria has stopped issuing the plastic Id card. The other option I have is drivers license which I don't possess.
I have messaged them numerous times but they keep replying with useless not assisting messages that are not related to my request at all.
I have come to realize with each passing hour that this payment vault people are scam and no wonder they changed their name from prepaid digital solutions to payment vault.

Can someone pls explain the reason why payment vault is requesting for a lot of documents to verify just to receive my due prepaid card, when it is not like I'm opening a bank account with them.
I believe this is just a way of preventing people from accessing their money.
Guys this people are scam, they have no intent on giving you your MasterCard. Don't use at all!!!

Organized scam with Bonusly

Organized scam

They are one of the useless websites I've ever seen in my 34 years long life.
Their prepaid cards can't be used in any shop or website. My Amazon account was suspended due to their service. Amazon didn't accept the prepaid card they provided, it showed as unauthorized/scam attempt.

Bonusly is part of this scam. If your company is using Bonusly, do not attempt to take your bonuses via this scam website. Choose local or Amazon gift cards instead, because you won't be able to use your money if you choose this option.

Hope they will be arrested and buried in the deep garbage of the Internet.

Mastercard Payment refusal

I chose the Mastercard pre payment card as a gift from colleagues. I tried to purchase something online from a supplier that I have used my personal Mastercard with and.........payment was declined. The store doesn't accept payments using this online voucher format Mastercard. This small detail was not presented when choosing which card to select.

They blocked my account payment to…

They blocked my account payment to Amazon. In nearly two months I contacted them multiple times via both email and chat, asking to remove the blocking. Every time they told me it's my fault. After my explanation, they told me "rest assured" the issue will be solved in 2-3 days, but that never happen.

Mypaymentvault is a complete scam

Mypaymentvault is a complete scam. I called with an issue around my prepaid giftcard. They told me because I didn't use it quickly enough (no date was ever given to me) it was forfeit. When I asked to see documentation of dates they told I had signed something but didnt have access to it. When I asked for a copy of my signature they said no. I asked to speak with a manager they said they didn't have any managers. When I asked to have someone call me back they said no I needed to email. The "customer service" was the worst I have ever seen. I lost $200 dollars and can't get anyone on the phone

Worst service ever ..

Worst service ever ... Slow and unusable answers from support, asking for irrelevant inputs, put on hold payments without real reason, taking weeks to move forward with anything. I am very disappointed, unfortunately I had no other choice for service provider to get my reward payment.

CANNOT WORK! Is it a scam?

I received this "gift card" from a software vendor, Intuit, and fully expected to use it.
not only will my local country stores not accept it because it is a US Visa card, but even the US stores reject it. On query the support team told me it is blocked because I got the security code wrong - which I didn't.
Honestly, this looks closer to a scam than a solution and I am so dismayed that my trusted software vendor has been duped into believing it is a helpful solution

Declined due to Block Recurring/Installment Txn logic

I received a virtual gift card from this site as a gift. It never works. Transaction refused: "Declined due to Block Recurring/Installment Txn logic"
Support always replies to me with the same message: "Ask the merchant to process the transaction as a single/one-time payment."
But what do I have to ask the dealer, I'm just paying for a one time purchase.
I finally used the card to add funds to my Amazon account.
I will not accept this type of gift anymore.

Horrible Scam

Horrible Scam! Frigidaire issues their refunds through "North Lane" (a/k/a mypaymentvault). Mypaymentvault never sent me the card, then told me that because I didn't use the card (that they never sent) within 90 days, I had forfeited the entire $578.00! This is outright theft. Shame on Frigidaire (or any company) that uses scam outfits like mypaymentvault instead of licensed banking institutions.

What good is a debit card if you can’t use it?

I received a payment as a debit card from MyPaymentVault. It was very difficult and time consuming to log in and claim the debit card. Worse, I then went to use the debit card on Amazon. Payment declined. Waited 20 min for help from their customer service. All they could tell me is that the payment was declined and to try again in 2-3 days. I spent more time trying to use the money earned than the time it took to earn the payment. Will never accept this as a form of payment in the future.
