Quick and friendly service. They got me a replacement car straight away. So I could go back to work. Which was very important for me because I'm a self employed taxi driver.

In the end, you have to be satisfied with the service. In my case, I was helped throughout the management scenario since I needed a reputable accident specialist and the company went above and beyond the call of duty with their partnered solicitor to handle any measurable issues. I was able to fully comprehend the situation thanks to receiving frequent information from the management specialist.

The only reason it's not a five-star review is that I'm still waiting for one claim settlement since June 2021. I've been waiting for one claim to be resolved since June 2021, which is the only reason this rating isn't five stars. Those persistently pursuing the MIB for a response will encounter answer more quickly.

Everyone who works here is super helpful and made the whole process as smooth as possible.
